Village of Palmetto Bay, FL

Palmetto Bay more commonly referred to as The Village of Parks, is just shy of 9 square miles of tree-lined streets and places to work, play, and live south of Coral Gables on Biscayne Bay.  Palmetto Bay was incorporated in 2002 and has been attracting young families in droves ever since. Dadeland Mall, an upscale indoor shopping mall is located in East Kendall.  Dadeland mall houses the following anchor stores: Macy's, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and JCPenney.  The Falls, an open-air mall also located in East Kendall, south of Dadeland Mall, on US-1 with the following anchor stores: Macy's, Bloomingdales as well as a Regal Cinema.  Both adults and children can enjoy a visit to Miami MetroZoo located in Kendall, not far from Palmetto Bay. Miami Metro Zoo is one of the world's finest zoos and hosts to an incredibly diverse collection of animals.  

Palmetto Bay provides a variety of education options including private, charter, and public schools.
